I bought this on Amazon after learning it was an EWG verified product. Unfortunately it has caused my lips to become severely dry and they’re cracking and peeling. I saw someone wrote a similar review about 4 years ago. They were also using it in Florida like me and like that person, I have not been in cold weather that could have played a part in this. My lips were fine before I started using it but I must discontinue it. Also, like others have said, it produces a lot of white on the lip if you try to apply it evenly.

I am rating this 4 stars bc its acne safe, non toxic and great ingredients. However it applies reallyyy white. I definitely understand that mineral sunscreen is totally different than chemical, so it has to has the coverage, however it looks as if I ate a powered donut, it’s really white! I will still use and recommend this product bc again, it’s super clean and safe for my acne clients.

what I love most about this lip protection is there is no odd taste when applying to your lips. It's 100% safe and gives you that UVAUVB balance of sun protection on your lips. The best part about this product is it doesn't leave a white residue, and blends in perfectly leaving your lips feeling moisturized and protected. I can apply my lipstick or lipgloss over it and know that I'm completely protected from the sun.
Having a product like this, that is EWG verified, proves how safe it is for everyone. Nowadays, there are so many things on the market, but many of them contain an ingredient that is not 100% safe for everyone. You just can't go wrong with any i sunscreen this company offers. I'm hoping to see it on the shelves in Whole Foods across the country. It's most definitely a product that should have expanded shelf visibility.
