Refund policy

We hope you love our products and want to use them every day! If for some reason you would like to return a product purchased on SolaraSuncare.com, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@solarasuncare.com. Please include your name, address, order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 48-hours and provide next steps for processing your return.

We will cover the cost of your original + return shipping if the mistake was ours (e.g. we shipped you the wrong product). Otherwise, you are responsible for all shipping costs and a 15% return fee (deducted from your refund). Why? For the safety of our Solara community, we aren’t comfortable restocking returned products to then sell them again. The return fee covers handling, logging + recycling fees at our warehouse.

Depending on your bank, you should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of the return delivery receipt.

If you’ve purchased from one of our retailers, please process the return through that store.
