Shipping policy

We ship all Solara orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard USPS First Class shipping usually arrives within 3–5 business days, though delivery times can vary depending on location and carrier volume.

Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. ET on business days will ship the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or during U.S. holidays will ship on the next business day.

Need it sooner? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Expedited orders placed by 1:00 p.m. ET will typically ship the same business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way. Please note that tracking updates are provided by USPS and may take a little time to appear.

During busy seasons or holidays, shipping carriers can experience delays outside of our control. If your package seems delayed or something doesn’t look right, just reach out — we’re always happy to help.
