I have used this moisturizing lip serum for the last 2 summers and love what it does for my lips by protecting them but I'm not crazy about the somewhat white color that it leaves behind. That is why I say I just like it also. HOWEVER, I will take the little bit of white coloring any day over burnt lips! I have extremely sensitive lips/skin. I can not use any product with petroleum and bee's wax which eliminates A LOT of products. I also hate all of the chemicals in lip products so finding a good clean product with SPF has been impossible until I found this two years ago. Downside, it is out of stock a lot. This year I placed my order in mid May and somehow my order didn't get shipped. I contacted the company and they issued a credit and gave me an additional store credit however they were out of stock and I didn't get my product. It is July 5th and still waiting for the notice of a restock. The result; I used another product on pool days and at the end of the day my lips had blisters. So I will take a little white color any day instead of blisters. Bottom line this product works for me and I will continue using it! Just please restock!!!

I ordered 5 products. Lip serum was one of them. I also paid extra for fast shipping. Items arrived later than extra cost of fast shipping was supposed too, AND the order I made in email clearly showed I paid for
5 items, their packaging slip showed as if I paid for 4 and they only sent 4. Emailed customer support 3 times, with NO response. I showed in email I paid for 5 items and want the lip serum or a refund. I can not get them to respond or make it right. Be aware
